North Tyneside’s Magistrate Court heard that a Wallsend school Lollypop man was nearly ploughed down by a car outside Jubilee School in High Farm Wallsend.
The incident which happened when the vehicles driver failed to see school crossing officer move out from the kerb wearing his high-visibility uniform to help families cross the road.
