Alnwick Tourism Association & Alnwick Chamber of Trade are hosting Alnwick’s first Annual Halloween Festival around the town.
The festival, aptly named “Dare to scare“, will see ghostly entertainment events held in the Market Place as well as horrible scenes in and around the historic Geordie town, home to Alnwick Castle which featured as ‘Hogwarts’ in the first two magical & spooky Harry Potter movies.
Prizes are being given out for best ghostly halloween scenes which should ensure some fantastic spooky things to see and a prize for the first halloween visitors who enter completed quiz forms, that is later pulled from the Halloween cauldron.
