HMS Illustrious which was built in Wallsend came home to the Tyne last week (29/02/12) to celebrate it’s 30th anniversary before deploying to the Arctic Circle for three weeks of cold weather training. Hell Or High Water – Geordie Art “In” The River Tyne

A short video of an art installation that was made by actually placing cars “in” the river Tyne between the Tyne bridge & the Millenium bridge. This combined with fantastic images of the Newcastle Quayside makes for an interesting art exhibition to say the least.
